Growing up in a small town surrounded by vibrant markets, I learned that food is so much more than sustenance – it's history, it's family, it's love passed down through generations. The aroma of fresh tortillas being made, the sizzle of eggs with tomato and onion, the sweetness of fried plantains, the smoky depth of chirmol – these are the tastes that shaped my childhood and my heart.
Through my cooking, I want to take you on a journey to Guatemala. Every dish I prepare tells a story of our land, our people, and our traditions. I use time-honored recipes, fresh ingredients, and a whole lot of passion to bring you the food that has nourished my people for centuries.
